We handle all initial inquiries via a telephone intake process or via our online application portal
in order to best assess each individual’s or family’s need(s).
We work on a case-by-case basis.
We understand how limited and truly precious your time is each day,
therefore, a majority of our interactions will be handled over the phone .
We gather and assess how we can best help and coordinate with you, to meet your need(s).
We schedule all in-office or off-site appointments as needed,
but only after the initial phone interview has been completed.
